The aim of this paper is to introduce the notions of equi-prime intuitionistic fuzzy ideal of a near-ring. We characterize these intuitionistic fuzzy ideals using level subsets and intuitionistic fuzzy points. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
