In the present numerical study, a laboratory scale hybrid rocket motor is simulated to assess the effect of regression rate enhancement using multiple enhancement techniques. These include providing diaphragms in the grain port, swirling flow in the combustion chamber and oxidizer mixed solid fuel. The regression rate increased for the motor dimensions considered when either of the enhancement techniques was used individually. When used in combination, the regression rate was always enhanced. However, this enhancement was lower than the arithmetic sum of the enhancement due to individual enhancement techniques involved.
