Abstract
We report on the variation of the laser beam and the velocity of the xy stage to obtain the optimum surface roughness and repeatability in ablation of ferrite (LuBi)3FeSO12(BLIG) and obtain a 1D magnonic waveguide of period 30 μm by fs machining. © 2017 IEEE.
