A general orthogonal polynomial based scheme was developed to evaluate the evolution operator, the Boltzmann operator, the spectral density operator and the Green's function. Numerical tests on Morse oscillator for the time evolution operator and the spectral density operator suggest an optimal choice of α to be in the range -1.0 and 1.0.
