Abstract
In this report we address the open circuit voltage (Voc) variation with temperature (T) in details by using TCAD numerical simulation and by developing physics based model. The proposed model is in good agreement with the TCAD simulation and is able to explain the experimentally observed (Voc) variation with different temperature and intensity. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.
