Sub-harmonic injection-locking of quantum dash lasers through spectral enrichment for all-optical clock recovery

Abstract
We perform injection-locking of a passively mode-locked Fabry-Perot quantum dash laser at 40 GHz using 10 Gbps PRBS data in NRZ-OOK format after spectral enrichment and thus demonstrate all-optical clock recovery through sub-harmonic injection-locking. © 2015 OSA.
