Abstract
We study the problem of reconstructing images of interior of 3D-objects from Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) images(microscopic projections). This problem is prominently motivated by the demand in material science for developing tool for reconstruction of crystalline structures from their images obtained by transmission electron microscopy. Various combinatorial approaches have been suggested to reconstruct 3D-object(crystalline structure or biological molecules) from projection images(TEM images). We solve this combinatorial problem using Wiener's filter.
