Abstract
Cells are the core of regenerative medicine based on iPS cells and cell therapy. These realizations are highly expected in our society. In the initial stage of cell processing, it is required to obtain uniform cells with stable gene expression. We assembled an optical setup for illuminating ns-pulse light into cells. We measured energy density to evaluate whether cell membranes can be pierced. Titanium was vapor deposited on a glass substrate. Pulse laser was irradiated on the sample to observe the change in the Ti surface. © 2017 IEEE.
