Abstract
The objective of this study is to develop a parallel intranuclear delivery method to obtain stable and homogeneous cells at 104 level. A laser irradiation optical system and a simple device were fabricated for evaluation of basic characteristics. Nanosecond pulse laser was used to irradiate cells cultured on a titanium thin film using the laser irradiation optical system. The performance of the optical system was evaluated by cell viability assay. We examined the possibility of fluorescent molecules delivery to single cells. © 2019 IEEE.
