Effect of injection on the squeeze flow in the presence of a magnetic field

The squeeze flow of an electrically conducting fluid between two parallel disks with injection at the lower porous disk in the presence of a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the disk is investigated. Analytic solutions are obtained through the use of a regular perturbation scheme. The results show that the effect of injection is to increase the load carrying capacity in the hydromagnetic squeeze film and this increase is more than that observed without injection.
