Abstract
Experimental studies of pressure drop versus flow rate for dilute (polyacrylamide) polymer solution in different tube diameters have revealed the effect of tube diameter on the polymer parameter (π). An empirical relation for predicting the slope (Sp) on the Prandtl-Von Karman plot is also given. © 1974.
